I guess we’ve been reading and hearing a lot of news about Tibet and we’ve seen enough of mottos like:

Free Tibet!!

Free Tibetans!!

Gives Tibet back to the Tibetans!!

Gives Humanitarian to Tibet!!

..

Seriously speaking la…

What do we know about Tibet, China, Tibetan and Humanitarian Rights?

or,

How much do we actually know about the relationship among these 3?

ask yourself la..

or,

you can try this:

“Describe what you know about Tibet Issue in your own words without any help from google”

..

you don’t need to challenge me, because i can tell you i know shit about the Tibet Issue though it has been around since the 60s, most importantly, i don’t fucking care because i’m not here to side either. i chose to STAY NEUTRAL on this topic.

however, what i’m sure is that this is definitely not an overnight issue, the history between China and Tibet must have been longer than any great grandfather stories, with thousands of twists in between. a twisted great grandfather story which involves Tibet, China, Politics, Political interests, Economical Interests, blah blah blah.

when things got politically involved, it could be messier than your pubic hair.

just look at our own Malaysia Political scene, it’s muddier and dirtier than Klang River.

..

now tell me, who are we to say Tibet does or does not belong to China?

Tell me, who are we to say Tibetans do or do not need to be freed?

Tell me, do you even know TIBET is a blady Deriviated name given by Europeans?

tell me la….

..

how many of them who shouted “FREE TIBET” has actually gone to Tibet THEMSELVES and STUDY THEIR CURRENT SITUATION?

what i was trying to say is: STOP SHOUTING MOTTOS JUST BECAUSE THE MEDIA PAINTS YOU A PICTURE.

simply shout motto DOES NOT mean you care, it just makes you look like morons because you don’t even know why you are shouting it. you want a good example? Sharon “fucking-stupid” Stone is a damn blady good one.

if you really care, READ the history and STUDY the current situation before you pick any side.

HERE’s a pretty nice article i read who stands on neutral ground as well

..

and by the way, if you are seriously interested in picking any side, here’re some articles you should spend a little time reading, i’ve done the search for you

>HOW MUCH YOU REALLY KNOW ABOUT TIBET?<

i’ve also picked a few that really matters.

>About Tibet<
>Tibet Through Chinese Eyes<
>International Tibet Independence Movement<
>Tibet Overview on BBC<
>Why some Western media wage ‘asymmetric warfare’ on China<

at this point of time, i’m sure most blogs on the net would be blogging about the craziest petrol hike in Malaysia history ever.

Petrol, Diesel Prices To Increase At Midnight Tonight

PUTRAJAYA, June 4 (Bernama) — Petrol and diesel prices will go up by 78 sen and RM1 per litre respectively at midnight tonight, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi announced Wednesday.

The prime minister said the new price for petrol at the pump would be RM2.70 per litre and diesel, RM2.58 per litre.

Abdullah told a news conference at his office the Cabinet had agreed on a cash rebate for Malaysian owners of private cars and motorcycles to ease the burden of the rise in the fuel prices.

It seems like once in a while, the superior power would want to cleanse the land he created.

not too long ago, cyclone hits Myanmar, death count was in 100,000, and another 40000 still missing. according to reliable source, second storm is gathering

just 2 days ago, quake hits SiChuan, China. to date, death toll already hit 15000, with approximately another 25000 still trapped under the debris. i believe the death toll is still in the rising curve as the authority still in the process of taking care of the aftermath.

more related news about China quake, here, here, here and here

..

that’s kinda creepy, because it sounds like the judgement day is on its way.

anyhoo.. let’s pray for the best both for the Burmese as well as for the SiChuan people, eh?

God Bless those people…

..

anyway, to summarize, it says that the UMNO youth candidates for upcoming party election are required to setup blogs so that they could voice out their political vision and share their political views. the funniest part? it was kerismudin’s initiative, according to Adbul Rahman.

but… but… wait da minute!!!!

previously, they shouted at us, they condemn us, they insulted us. and now this whole blady bunch of tiny-brained idiots wanna join us in the blogosphere? c’mon la, what else can be more ironic than this? i mean, aren’t we the mis-behaving monkeys? the unwise gobloks? or even the cowardly pondans? and yet, now they themselves are going to send people of their own into the jungle? even best la, they are going to amputate their blady tiny little prick to become pondans?

i mean, how funny is that!?

..

anyhoo, as a humble long time citizen of the blogosphere. i would love to say:

WELCOME To The Zoo la!! monkeys from UMNO!!!

hahahahaha !!!!!!!

sorry, please don’t mind me hysterical laugh..

damn it, c’mon la…

it’s the joke of the century, man!!!

my oh my, and it actually reminds me of this famous quote:

if you can’t beat them, join them!!

hahahaha!!! the comdemns now become the condemned..

from NST Online

Acknowledging that he was one of the causes of the setbacks suffered by Umno and Barisan Nasional in the general election, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi yesterday said he felt responsible to now work towards rehabilitating the party despite calls for his resignation. The Umno president also pledged to revive BN and Umno by delivering on in his past promises.

it was good to admit and acknowledge one’s mistake, and i always believe everybody does deserve a second chance.. but him? err… sorry to say la my dear Mr. sitting-very-high-up-there, you were given 5 years of chances, blame it on yourself because you did not appreciate it.

you know? i’ve been getting real lazy to talk about you, there’s nothing else that’s good left in you that worth even a word.

i’ll see how fast he can pour away the water that rushed into the sinking ship… LOL!

first i must say sorry to the country and the rakyat, because i just rasuah-ed a police today..

however, the abang adik biru made the whole situation like a comedy, serious, both of us were laughing like hell, i think this was his first case la..

what happened was, i was on Kesas, then suddenly a police car beside me “Beh-Beh” me to pull over, seriously, that “Beh-Beh” siren was so damn fucking loud i can hear it even i was blasting music in the car.. so, no choice, i have to pull over, and when i stopped, i saw this pretty good looking rookie came up to me. and then, here goes the super funny conversation:

Rookie: Selamat Petang bang..
Me: Selamat petang, apasal?
Rookie: Bang, IC dan Lesen please (call me abang somemore)
me: nah, IC sini, Lesen Belakang
Rookie: Bang ada nampak saya tadi di simpang sana tak?
me: hah? tak de la, simpang? simpang mana? saya sangat focus memandu wor. (i was trying to smoke thru)
Rookie: ohh, memang la bang tak nampak saya, sebab you sedang pakai talipon, hah..
Rookie: kalau you pakai handsfree, boleh la, you tak guna handsfree ma, macam tu salah lor..
Me: ish, sekejap pun tak boleh meh?
Rookie, memang tak boleh la bang, sekejap pun tak boleh, haha..
ME: ishh… tak boleh tak boleh lor… macam mana sekarang?
Rookie: bang, sebab.. you tau sekarang ni OP SIKAP ke tak? kalau skarang kena saman, bayaran MAKSIMUM oh.
me: saya tau, OP SIKAP mah, habis? macam mana?
Rookie: emm… macam itu ah, habis bang nak macam mana?
me: ohh.. macam itu saje kan? you mau berapa?
Rookie: eh eh, bukan saya mau ke tak mau, bang cakap mau macam mana la, kalau saman, kita semua susah, kan?
me: emm… betul lor, saya pun tak mau saman ma, you cakap la, macam mana sekarang, you mau berapa?
Rookie: ehh… bukan bukan, bang, you cakap you mau macam mana la?
me: ohh, you mau saya cakap kan? you tak boleh cakap kan? okla, saya mau selesai sini loo, you mau berapa?
Rookie: ah? bukan bukan !! tak boleh macam tu, you cakap you mau apa, dari mula hingga habis, satu ayat (i was like.. WTF, got secret code somemore one ah???)
me: hah? cakap apa ayat oh?

at one point, the idea of he wanna catch me red-handedly for asking for a bribery really freaked me out and i was quite reluctant to say the sentence, i was thinking: why the fuck he wan me to say the whole sentence la?????

Rookie: you misti cakap, sekarang apa situasi, you nak apa.. (he was trying to use sign language to instruct me to say: can i pay a bribe?)
me: hah? macam itu pun boleh ka? uhh.. ahh… ehhh…. okla, saya sekarang memang sudah salah sebab guna talipon bimbit semasa memandu dan saya tak mau kena saman la, boleh saya selesai di sini tak? you mau berapa?
Rookie: ahhh… macam tu betul la, tapi bukan saya mau, kita nak senang senang saja, bang boleh berapa baru senang, sudah la..
me: wah.. oklo, 30 boleh ka? tapi ho, saya ade 1 keping 50, 1 keping 10 saje wor, you ada tukar ka?
Rookie: har? macam itu kah?
me: aiyo, saya mau bagi angpao 50 punya, tapi nanti saya tinggal 10, habis lo, tak usah bayar toll dan masuk petrol lo?
Rookie: ohhh, memang hor, sekejap ah.. (he turned to his colleague) Eh, ada tukar tak?

at that moment, his colleague also has no change, he looked at me like he also don’t know what to do, he just smile only, then i no choice la

me: takpe la, saya bagi you 50 dulu la, you pergi kerete tanya you punya driver la, mesti bagi balik 20 wor, sebab saya pun habis.
Rookie: oh ok ok, nah, bang, taruh dalam buku ni ah..

then suddenly he peeped into my wallet and saw my Singapore PR ID, and then he asked for it to take a look and asked a few stupid and totally irrelevant questions, i think he was trying to make the situation less tense. sadly, it didn’t work though, i just wanna pay the duit kopi then get the hell out from there la!

me: dah.. (slotted the RM50 note into the huge summon booklet)
Rookie: hah.. kalau bang di Singapore kena situasi ni, susah kan?
Me: yalo, sebab itu saya suka sini mah..
Rookie: hahahahahaha…. ya ya ya, okay, terima kasih, sekejap ya..
me: okay (i just can’t stop laughing when he walked away, my gosh… first time on patrol car ah? so good one!?)

he went back to his police car and then from my back mirror, i could see that 3 young fellas taking out their wallet looking for 10 bucks notes. after 15 seconds, he walked back to my car with my IC and License.

Rookie: bang, terima kasih ya, selamat tahun baru cina ya.. (handing me back my IC and License with the RM20 change underneath)
me: okay, thanks, puas kan? (decided to tease him a little)
Rookie: oh, bukan bukan puas ke tak puas, you senang, kita senang saje ma, thank you ya..
me: oh, bye bye

while i was driving away, i was thinking, OMFG, got change somemore! and the funny thing is, he smiled from begining till the end! so, frankly speaking, of all the men-in-ble i’ve met, he is the nicest guy so far while asking for a “selesai”. most of the other fuckers were like damn rude and damn surpressing lor. so that’s why even this time i have to pay a small fee, i didn’t feel as pain. at least he SAID THANK YOU !!! while the rest just walk away and show black faces ! eh, c’mon la, at least learn from this rookie boy la, be polite and nice la.

anyway, i know it’s not good to pay a bribe, but, it’s damn expensive la the summon, poor ppl like me can’t afford the maximum fine, and somemore need to travel all the way to Jalan Pasar HQ and pay, so troublesome! i’m sorry Malaysia!! but please forgive me, i’m just a poor guy who only make enough to survive every month!

i shd’ve asked for his name and write in a appraisal letter la, so polite.. haha… anyway, if you need English Translation, leave a comment, i’ll do it some other time.. cheers ! drive safe, OP SIKAP started, Bayaran MAKSIMUM ya !

A stain on the beautiful dress is going to spoil the whole dress for sure, in terms of appearance, value, as well as the desirability.

i guesss, that theory applies to a person as well, no matter how much contribution you’ve made to the country, the community and the people, all you need is just one mistake to wreck it all. I’m sure by now the news of the resignation of our Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Chua Soi Lek is no longer the talk of the town anymore. but since everybody has blogged about him, i guess, i should give this entry to him, as a remembrance.

..

To me, seriously, there’re 2 sides of of the news.

i think he is an honorable man on the part where he dares to admit and apologize to 26 million people on the national TV. honestly, i couldn’t have the guts to do that. i’ve watched the mobile version of the DVD, and frankly speaking, YOU CAN’T SEE SHIT.. really. it must’ve been the toughest decision for a person to make, for sure. simply for that reason, you’ve earned my utmost respect.
on the other hand, who are we to peep into someone’s personal life, and who are we to judge if that is wrong? all i could say is, cheating your wife is morally wrong, but got caught red handed is simply careless. as a public figure, notable politician as well as the health minister, you should’ve known that your life is always under the microscope, every little movement would be magnified to the max because of it’s news value. though we have no rights to question your privacy, you’ve definitely made a grave mistake of committing such a thing given your social status, goodness sake, don’t you ever think about the reputation you’ve built for the past 30 years? how about your family?

and for that, i Pui !

..

the bottom line is, having the guts to admit doesn’t mean you’ve done the right thing, at the end of the day, even though it’s your privacy, it matters because you are the leader of the people, people look up to you and kids are taught to take you as an example.

i didn’t pity you for what had happened, afterall, it’s your time to retire isn’t it?

from New York Times

RAWALPINDI, PakistanBenazir Bhutto, the Pakistani opposition leader and twice-serving prime minister, was assassinated Thursday evening as she left a political rally here, a scene of fiery carnage that plunged Pakistan deeper into political turmoil and ignited widespread violence by her enraged supporters.

Ms. Bhutto, 54, was shot in the neck or head, according to differing accounts, as she stood in the open sunroof of a car and waved to crowds. Seconds later a suicide attacker detonated his bomb, damaging one of the cars in her motorcade, killing more than 20 people and wounding 50, the Interior Ministry said.

News of her death sent angry protesters swarming the emergency ward of the nearby hospital, where doctors declared Ms. Bhutto dead at 6:16 p.m. Supporters later jostled to carry her bare wooden coffin as it began its journey to her hometown, Larkana, in southern Pakistan, for burial. In Karachi and other cities, frenzied crowds vented their rage, blocking the streets, burning tires and throwing stones.

Full story HERE.

It’s a very sad day, for the people of Pakistan, though Benazir wasn’t known to a lot of people here in Malaysia, but she should be remembered as the first female prime minister of a muslim state, and her fight for the concern of women’s social and health issues. though we are not sure that whether her policy on Taliban government was ever the right thing to do. the thing we are sure though. what had she gone through in order to become a political figure in a male dominated muslim state.

her life was an interesting one, for all we know, and it’s worth a read.

you can learn more about this figure in her WIKIPEDIA ENTRY, as well as the Washington Post.

..

The world will remember you, and the world will mourn for the lost of a great political figure.

today while i was doing my daily readings. i came came across a very serious crime. someone posted a flaming and tamil bashing comments in the name of zorro, a senior blogger, whose blog i read daily. though i yet to have a chance to meet him, i’m almost 100% sure that it wasn’t written by him at all. from the sentence structure, the choice of vocabulary as well as the tone. it gave me a totally different feel from the usual zorro’s blog posts.

anyway, as at the time my post is published, the post had been taken down on mahaguru’s site,

if you’re interested in reading what had actually happened, you can refer to Susan Loone’s blog, another blog which i read daily as well. for your convenience sake, here’s the direct LINK to the post, only the latter half of the blog post was by the impersonator.

..

i can’t agree more with what Ms. Susan said:“Whoever who did this is really SICK and probably needs a big dose of medicines, rehabilitation and probably social and mental reconstruction.”

and for your information, i have lived in Singapore for 7 years. something you mentioned about Singapore is DEFINITELY WRONG, for example: do you know that Singapore does not allow Malays to become soldiers????.

the truth is, Singapore ALLOWS Malay to become soldiers, IN FACT, all Singapore citizens of age 18 years have to serve National Service in the Singapore Armed Forces, IRREGARDLESS OF HIS RACE. and citizens from all races are allowed to be enrolled into Singapore Armed Forces. Please do some reasearch before you make your point. i would like to quote what you’ve said: GIVE ME FACTS, ok? FACTS !!

and for your information as well, i have a few Singaporean friends who are Malay are actually in the Singapore Armed Forces combat units currently, if you would like their contact and testimonials, do contact me.. and here’s the LINK to the Singapore Armed Forces Online Recruitment Form. i see no lines saying that MALAY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BECOME SOLDIERS. not even close !

..

frankly speaking, impersonator should really be burnt in hell.. they are cowards and losers who do not have guts to reveal their names while giving an opinion of theirs.

it is this group of black sheeps that give us, the bloggers a bad name. the childish, uncivilized, irresponsible, unthoughtful comment or blog post of yours provoke social unrest, and incite racial disharmony. you are truly the extremists like what you cite the others.

..

YOU, the zorro impersonator, you not only makes me sick, you disgust me as well. you bring only shame to the blogging community and you bring disgrace to this country as a Malaysian.
