Ximplicity v2.0

i guess i was too excited because long weekend is on its way and it was only 3 hours to Raya,

The traffic lights along SS6, Jln 222 were not functioning..

The road were sorta wet and slippery..

I was on the way to pick a few friends to catch up with a couple who’d just gotten back from Singapore and haven’t met up for quite a while…

i guess i was kind of rushing and i didn’t know what i was thinking..

i saw it coming but i think i was a little fast on the speed

my two legs were on the brake pedal, 1 hand on the emergency handbrake and another hand holding the steering as tight as i could.

but it couldn’t save my day, it just had to happened i guess…

..

the next thing i realized is that i’ve rammed into a silver color Perodua Myvi…

..

as i got down the car, all that i can see was 2 badly damaged vehicles, a shocked driver, 2 very shocked passengers, a road that’s covered with greenish coolant from my radiator, the Toyota logo on the floor and bits and pieces from both of our vehicles.

oh, and also a stupid passer-by Malay bastard who only dare to sit in his black color modified putra saying: “apasal jalan cepat cepat? you punya salah la, tengok, kemalangan pulak”

i didn’t say anything because i was trying to figure out what to do next, but i was thinking, eh you idiot busy body, it’s Raya, ok? FUCK OFF and balik kampung la, talk so much as if it’ll turn things better. didn’t even stop by and help, all you can do was talk and act macho only. stupid fucker, babi, mampus lah..

..

ard 20 minutes after the accident, the tow trucks were here and the 2 vehicles were towed to the PJ State police station for inspection and reporting.

we were there waiting for the whole thing to get settled from 1030pm till almost 0100am.

and that very well dressed Esther kept cam-whoring while Cavin and I were puffing away, making lame jokes, trying to make the blady day brighter.

during the process, i was forced to cam whore with that 2 fella too..

and i think i pratically drained my mobile juice by replying calls and smses to update concerned families and friends of the whole incident

..

anyway, a rough damage estimation on my car from the accident:

1. Leaked Radiator
2. Totally gone engine room Bonnet
3. Totally gone Front Bumper
4. Scratched Right Headlight
5. Damaged Front Grill
6. Fog Light
7. Totally gone Right front fender

after this accident, i’m really grateful that Toyota produces pretty solid car as the damage wasn’t really that major after all. i guess the Myvi suffers worse  damage under the same circumstances.. and therefore i conclude: Toyota 1 - Perodua 0

a side note from this incident:special thanks to Cavin Wong and very well dressed Esther Leong who’re at the scene even faster than the police, thanks for your company at the where-the-hell-are-the-police-at police station, and the cigarettes, also the ride to the wan tan mee at Sungei Besi after the whole thing. i made the 2 of you spend your raya eve with me at the police station

Thanks to Samantha Lee for giving me a ride home even it’s already 2am.

Thanks to Calvin Lee for getting your brother to the scene to save my day and got me out of troubles.

it made my already pretty cold rainy night warmer and it made me felt less lonely on a scene where i was surrounded with idiots who’re there either looking for business or simply busy-bodying.

..

i guess god of fortune was with us yesterday night. thank god everybody were safe and sound, only vehicles were damaged..

though i guess i’m crippled for a month because my lovely little goldie’s gonna spend his next 1 month in the workshop for rehabilitation.

i guess, i’ve gotta get used to life without a car to drive and LRT to office every working day…

..

ah well, moral of the story?
